On 9th July 1962, Jordan was born in a Jewish family at the Bronx in New York City and grew up in Bayside, Queens. His parents Max Belfort and Leah Belfort were accountants by profession.
Jordan’s exciting career started at an early stage of his life. Before starting college, he made $20.000 by selling Italian ice cream at a local beach with his childhood best friend Elliot Loewenstern.
He completed his bachelor’s degree in biology from The American University, Washington DC. For further education, he made up his mind to study at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. But he stormed out on the first day when the dean of the school said:-
